If you donate through our secure donation link, your billing and credit card information will be collected in order to complete the purchase transaction. This is provided directly to our third party payment processor, EFT Corporation, and no financial information such as credit card number is retained by Hand of Mercy. However, first and last name, mailing address, email address, and phone number may be provided to Hand of Mercy in order for us to provide donation tax receipts.
We do not collect any personal information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us. However, you may be required to provide certain personal information to us when you elect to use certain products or services available on the Site. These may include:

We use EFT Corporation, a third party payment processor, to process donations made to Hand of Mercy. When donations are processed, information is provided directly to EFT Corporations, and Hand of Mercy does not retain any financial information such as credit card numbers. However, information such as first name, last name, email address, and mailing address may be provided to Hand of Mercy in order to provide donation tax receipts.
